Our current shipping window is 5-7 Business Days (Weekends and Holidays are not included). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number through email. Please note that it may take up 24-48 hours before the tracking number can be updated online. All orders that include items that exceed normal processing times (PRE-ORDERS) will be all packed and shipped together.

All products on the website are subject to availability and payment being received before your order is processed. We will contact you if the products you have ordered are out of stock, or if additional identification is needed for credit card verification.

International orders are shipped via USPS with an estimated 6-10 business days for delivery. If you order products from our website for delivery to an international destination, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. When ordering from us, you are considered the "importer of record" and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.

In the event that your order delivery is rejected for any reason or considered undeliverable because of an invalid shipping address. We are not responsible for packages that have been lost, stolen or miss-delivered.

We are committed to selling only high-quality products. If you have received a wrong or damaged product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the order to be eligible for a free exchange with a new, similar product or refund. In the case of a refund, we will be able to issue your full refund within 30 days of us receiving the wrong or damaged product.

We currently do not accept returns. We cannot cancel orders. Please email info@slightbreeze.co with any issues or concerns.

All exchanges must be done within 30 days of purchase. Must be accompanied with the original order number, and the desired size and item.
If the item you are exchanging is not of equal value please contact us through email: Info@shoptier.nyc
Customers exchanging items are responsible for the shipping cost of the return and new item(s).
If wrong item is delivered, TIER will cover the cost of shipping both ways.
If items are returned to us by USPS due to incomplete or insufficient address, customer is responsible for postage of re-shipment.
If address is entered wrong at checkout, please reach out to us IMMEDIATELY! (within 24 hours preferably) Slight Breeze is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address.
Slight Breeze is NOT responsible for lost packages of any kind after the package is received by the mail-carrier service.
If you receive a defective item, email us with your order number, detailed description, and image (if possible) of defect. We will review and reply within 24 hours with a resolution.
